Do you have a loved one in an assisted living or nursing home facility? We do weekly/monthly Check Ins.

What We Check

These are non-appointment visits to make sure your family/friends are being taken care of:

• Are they wearing clean clothing?
• Are they bathed/hair clean?
• Is there bruising on their body?
• Is their room tidy?
• Is there weight loss/gain?
• Are they happy?
